The Gavel Line is the email discussion group for members of the Massachusetts Moderators Association who desire a convenient way to share information about town meeting and other topics of interest to moderators.

To post a message to all the list members, send email to
gavel@massmoderators.org. | ||
| Subscribing to Gavel Line | ||
|
Subscribe to Gavel Line by filling out the following form.
Enter the email address you will use to submit messages to and receive messages from Gavel Line.
Enter your name, followed by the name of your town in square brackets.
After submitting the form, you
will receive email asking you to confirm your subscription request
(to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you).
Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval
by the list administrator. You will be notified of the administrator's
decision by email. You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from making changes to your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be created for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password later to edit your personal options. | ||
